Culinary Depot is expanding our Furniture Division and seeking a driven, relationship-oriented, and entrepreneurial Outside Sales Representative to lead the charge. We’re looking for a sales hunter with a passion for design, hospitality, and business growth—someone who thrives on developing new relationships and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.
In this role, you’ll sell commercial furniture solutions —indoor / outdoor seating, tables, booths, and more—to restaurants, hotels, institutions, and contractors. You’ll have the freedom to build your territory, backed by a trusted brand, expert design team, and strong operational support.
Key Responsibilities :
Prospect and hunt for new business across the restaurant, hospitality, institutional, and contractor markets.
Conduct in-person visits to understand client needs and deliver creative, customized furniture solutions.
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
Partner closely with in-house design and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution from concept to installation.
Stay sharp on product lines, design trends, and competitor activity to position Culinary Depot as the partner of choice.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through consistent pipeline activity.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and showroom visits to build relationships and generate leads.
Accurately record all sales activity, contacts, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Bring creativity and strategy to every deal—finding new ways to open doors and close them.
Qualifications :
B2B sales experience , ideally in commercial furniture, foodservice, or hospitality .
Proven success in business development —finding, pitching, and closing new accounts.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable presenting to decision-makers (owners, architects, contractors, facility managers).
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven with a hunter’s mentality.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
Familiarity with commercial furniture products (indoor / outdoor seating, tables, booths, etc.) is a strong plus.
