Engineering Director

Define and drive technical strategy, architecture standards, and best practices

Oversee delivery planning to ensure high-quality, timely releases

Required Qualifications

10+ years of engineering experience, with 3-5 years in leadership roles

Demonstrated success in leading teams and scaling engineering organizations

Deep technical expertise in software architecture and cloud infrastructure

Experience with C# / .NET, Azure, SQL / NoSQL databases, and CI / CD pipelines

Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC-II, HITRUST) is a plus
