Great Lakes Bay Health Centers (GLBHC) is a community health center umbrella made up of 32 locations throughout the Great Lakes Bay region and beyond. Most locations are set up to serve medically underserved populations, but our doors are open to anyone regardless of insurance or lack of insurance. Job Summary

The Staff Dentist is directly responsible for the examination of patient health history, diagnosis of dental disease, the recommendation of treatment modalities, rendering of those treatments, and the recording of appropriate documentation in the patient charts.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

• Manages patient dental care including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Records and maintains appropriate documentation on patient clinical records.
• Assists in the establishing of appropriate fee schedule, expense budgets, and program plans.
• Assists in the supervision of dental support personnel.
• Participates in GLBHC's Quality Assurance activities as needed.
