Job Summary

This position is responsible for picking, packing, palletizing, labeling, shipping of customer orders, loading / unloading trucks, support for paint process (loading / unloading, part labeling and inventory transactions, part inspection), assembly of small parts and operating bushing presses.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Must be mechanically inclined and able to use hand tools
• Handle parts as necessary to meet production standards.
• Must be able to use basic inspection equipment such as calipers, mics, torque wrenches and various gauges and other tools.
• Perform source inspection
• Perform daily TPM
• Uses stop the line authority at any sign of safety or quality concerns
• Performs daily duties per work instructions / standard work
• Completes all daily data collection as established
• Must perform daily 5S activities
