The Tongue & Groove Store is seeking a dedicated Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for front of house sales duties. This role involves assisting customers in the showroom, answering phone and online inquiries, preparing estimates and coordinating projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist customers in the showroom, providing exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Answer phone calls and respond to online inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
• Coordinate projects to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Support the management team with various administrative tasks as needed.
