We are seeking a reliable and skilled Class A Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and adherence to safety regulations.

Requirements :

Key Responsibilities :

Operate Class A vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
Load and unload cargo as needed, ensuring proper handling and securing of goods.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and address any customer inquiries or concerns.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications :

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of safety regulations and traffic laws.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required.

Able to lift / move heavy loads.

Clean NYS Class A license

Ability to communicate with customers.

DOT Medical Card
