A company is looking for a Head of Global Payroll to lead and scale payroll operations across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end payroll processing for 1,600 U.S. & Canadian employees, including those with variable compensation structures
Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and international regulations
Manage a payroll team and coordinate with external payroll providers in Europe
Required Qualifications
12+ years of payroll experience, including leadership in a public company environment
Experience managing payroll for large employee populations with variable compensation
Extensive experience with UKG and knowledge of multi-state U.S. payroll regulations
Experience supporting month-end close processes and partnering with accounting teams
Strong internal controls mindset and familiarity with SOX environments
