Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Call Center Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, interacting with customers daily and providing exceptional service. As a Call Center Agent, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities :

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns or provide information as necessary.
Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring customers are well-informed.
Resolve customer issues or complaints, using problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
Document all customer interactions in the database, maintaining accurate records for reference.

Skills Required :

Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly speaking voice.

Strong listening skills to comprehend customer needs and concerns effectively.

Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer service software or CRM systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
