Functional Role : Salesforce Platform Manager

Location : Calabasas, CA

Target Salary : $150k-200k base + benefits

Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking a seasoned Salesforce expert with 8+ years of progressive experience in platform leadership, implementation, and enterprise-scale administration.

• Requires deep knowledge across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Clouds , with proven success designing and managing complex integrations (APIs, REST / SOAP, middleware).
• Hands-on experience with Apex , SOQL , data modeling , and integration using JavaScript or Python .
• Must have strong understanding of platform governance, security models, and global compliance , with a track record of driving cross-functional transformation through Salesforce technologies.
• Experience with Digital Engagement , AppExchange solutions , CTI , and DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Azure DevOps) is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies , CI / CD pipelines , and environment lifecycle management is required.
