Job Title : Psychiatrist
Location : Memphis TN 38120
Duration : 3 years to long term
Shift : 8 : 00am- 04 : 30pm (M-F)
Job description :
- Direct Patient Care : estimated 95% of the time involved in direct patient care.
- Inpatient Care : All psychiatrists will be required to work in collaboration with Mental Health staff who are part-time or full time salaried for inpatient care duties including but not limited to :
- Operating and collaborating physician's patients
- Seeing 1C / 1D Psychiatry Service - Ward Patients.
- Admitting
- Diagnosis of patients
- Developing Treatment Plans
- Managing, including the performance of timely treatment
- Discharge / Transfer
- Including all needed medical record documentation
- Outpatient Care
- Seeing all new patient referrals with accompanying medical records
- Seeing severely mental ill patients
- Evaluation disposition E-consult
- Post-discharged follow up
- Patients must be seen by provider in 30 days
