Location : Portland, OR Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7 : 30 a.m. - 4 : 30 p.m. (1-hour lunch) Pay Range : 55k - 67k, depending on experience

Position Summary

The Project Coordinator supports the Project Management Team in the Portland office and ensures the smooth execution of projects from initial deposit through final payment. This role requires an individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment but can also take initiative to resolve challenges independently.

The successful candidate will combine strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of our practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project timelines, ensuring efficient communication between clients, crews, and internal departments.
  • Support the Project Management Team in managing all projects from deposit through completion.
  • Conduct calls to clients and stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Maintain and update weekly and monthly production reports to track key performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in preparing job packets and documentation.
  • Complete other special projects or administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, tact, and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making ability, with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Desired Qualifications

  • BPI Certification or relative education in building science.
  • Experience in construction, HVAC, residential remodeling, window installation, or insulation project coordination.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of building systems and construction methodologies.
  • Compensation and Benefits

  • $55,000 - $67,000 yearly, based on experience.
