This role offers room to grow and cross-train across other stations—ideal for someone serious about the craft and eager to evolve in a dynamic kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily mise en place for the cold line
• Bake, cook, and assemble dishes to order with precision and care
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Uphold Alma’s standards for taste, presentation, and portioning
• Work quickly and calmly under pressure during busy service
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, and servers to ensure smooth operations
