MOSTLY REMOTE WORK, (75%) COVERING MULTIPLE FACILITIES

Right now, we are looking for the Oakland area.

Details and contract are being finalized, but this is a community health setting. Some basics are as follows :

• Assessments, diagnose and treat consults,
• Develop and assist in treatment plans
• Monday through Friday 8-5
• 6 patients per shift on average
• Mainly adults
