You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to monitor and manage patients with life-threatening conditions, using your expertise to provide the highest standard of care. • Patient Monitoring : Continuously monitor and assess critically ill patients, utilizing advanced technology and clinical skills to detect changes in condition and respond appropriately.\n
• Critical Care Delivery : Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed, including life-support measures, while adhering to ICU protocols and standards.\n
• Collaborative Care : Work closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.\n
• Patient Advocacy : Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed with sensitivity and respect.\n
