About The Job:

REQUIREMENTS:

• 6 months of experience as a Home Health Aide
• Active NJ CNA License
• Valid Driver's License & access to a reliable car (Preferred)
• Physical exam within the past 12 months
• PPD within the past 12 months or chest x-ray within the past 5 years
• Proof of MMR immunizations
