We are seeking a Project Controls Specialist to support the delivery of major infrastructure and capital projects across New York’s transit system.

Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

Monitor project budgets, costs, and forecasts to ensure financial control.

Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and variance analyses.

Support risk management and change control processes.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to track and resolve issues.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.

3+ years of experience in project controls, scheduling, or cost management.

Proficiency with scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar).

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Experience with large infrastructure or transit projects preferred.

Pay Rate : $60.00-$75.00 / Hourly Salary. Actual compensation will depend on the individual’s qualifications, education, skills, and experience.
