The opportunity We are seeking a forward-thinking SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team. Collaborating with external clients and internal teams, you will use your strong proficiency in SAP technology to help clients achieve improved outcomes and lasting results. Harnessing our expertise in tax, assurance, transaction and risk, and by utilizing your capabilities to implement SAP, you will pave the way for innovative solutions.
Your role As a Senior Technology Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will interact with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that newly implemented technology solutions meet their needs. Your collaboration with technical teams will be essential in designing and delivering effective system architecture solutions.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving to project challenges; opportunities for learning and growth in a dynamic environment.
- Travel may be required regularly to meet with clients and build relationships.
- Interacting with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
- Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
- Demonstrate strong technical expertise and business acumen in Order Management, Returns, Customer Interactions, Pricing, Inquiry, Quote Contracts, ATP, Delivery and Billing processes.
- Configure and implement SAP SD modules, including Sales Area, BP / Material Master Data, Sales Order Types, Item Categories, Schedule Line Categories, Pricing, Billing Document Types, and Output Determination.
- Support writing functional specifications, business requirement documentation, configuration rational documentation, and other project-related documents for the OTC workstream.
- Design and implement WRICEs from functional specification through cut-over and hypercare phases independently.
- Ensure seamless system integration between SD and MM, TM, EWM, FI to maintain end-to-end processes.
- Map, implement, test and troubleshoot EDI / API interfaces.
- Deliver high-quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk and keep stakeholders informed.
- Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in technology requirements definition and analysis.Experience in system configuration design and cost-benefit analysis.Ability to manage client relationships and communicate with impact.Experience with SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) including configuration and integration tasks.Bachelor's degree; typically 2-4 years of relevant experience; 2+ years with SAP OTC.Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.Familiarity with technology architecture frameworks; experience in training design and delivery.Willingness to travel (40-60%).Preferred / Ideal
Prior consulting experience or deep functional SAP experience.Experience in project management and tracking deliverables.SAP certification(s).Experience with at least one full-cycle implementation of the core module.What We Look For
