Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with certifications and experience in pediatrics, clinical fellowship year (CFY), and school settings. This role serves a K-12 student population across multiple district locations, offering a dynamic and diverse work environment. The contract runs for the full school year, providing the opportunity to make a meaningful impact throughout the academic calendar.

Key Qualifications :

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience or certification in pediatric speech-language services
  • Successful completion or ongoing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Proven ability to work within schools and collaborate with educational staff

Location :

  • Niles, Michigan
  • Services multiple sites within the school district

    • Responsibilities :

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy to students with various communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Travel between district locations as required to provide comprehensive services
