What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead, as a Senior Director, our Industry Marketing and Account Based Marketing functions. Based in the United States with a global remit.
- Report to the VP of Growth Marketing and serve as the primary liaison with global Business Development for pre-Sales Demand Generation initiatives.
- Develop our account-centric demand generation plan across multiple products, verticals, channels, and geographies, and lead industry- and deal-specific positioning for pre-sales consideration and pipeline development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Sales Development, Field Marketing, Marketing Operations) to implement customized deal-centric positioning for prospecting and deal maturation.
- Map product messages to customer needs to drive engagement with target markets and manage high-powered stakeholder relationships to drive results.
What You’ll Bring To Circle
Core Requirements
12+ years of experience in Account Based Marketing, Demand Generation, Industry marketing, strategic go-to-market, or product / partner marketing, ideally with hands-on execution in fintech, crypto, payments, banking, or financial infrastructure verticals.5+ years of people management experience and 5+ years partnering with Sales and Business Development teams.Expertise in B2B campaign design, deployment, messaging, results analysis, and reporting.Ability to develop clear, differentiated messaging and positioning for complex, technical products.Robust knowledge of how money moves in a global construct.Strong collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional leaders and drive results.High integrity, curiosity, and proactive leadership in ambiguous environments.Preferred Requirements
Understanding of how fintech / crypto infrastructure enables automation and acceleration of money movement, storage, and access.Excellent time management and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.Proven success navigating complex business environments and driving efficient execution.Additional Information

Base Pay Range : $220,000 - $275,000
