Senior UX Researcher

A company is looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join their research practice and enhance product experiences through user insights.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute end-to-end research initiatives using various methods to generate actionable insights

Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to inform roadmaps and ensure solutions address the right problems

Develop and maintain user personas, JTBD frameworks, and journey maps for cross-team reference

Required Qualifications

5+ years of UX research experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS context

Expertise in generative and evaluative research methods with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights

Experience working closely with cross-functional product teams

Familiarity with research tools and openness to exploring new methods

Strong prioritization and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
