Job Description :

The HR Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for employees and candidates, providing day-to-day support across all areas of HR. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and helping create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions, providing timely and professional assistance.
• Support onboarding processes, including orientation, paperwork, and first-day coordination.
• Organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and company communications.
• Maintain accurate employee files and ensure HR compliance documentation is up to date.
• Prepare and process hires, terminations, and employee changes in the HR system.
• Assist with HR reporting, meeting coordination, and special projects as needed.
• Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
