We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Writer / Editor to join our dynamic team. You will take on a leadership role and be responsible for updating, developing and producing technical documents to include interactive / online technical documentation using browser-based languages training products. Individual may train and be assisted by lower level technical writers.

This position is contingent upon award news Spring of 2026.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and update operational procedures, detailed descriptions of navigation hardware and software components, and an interactive online help feature.
• Maintain technical files in a knowledge-based repository.
• Develop and manage content for IETMs, including online help features as required / needed. Content encompasses documentation and procedures outlining the system level operations and maintenance.
• Collaborate with and / or train technical writers and subject matter experts to create technical documentation, including manuals, user guides, and maintenance instructions.
