Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Atlassian Solutions Architect to spearhead the architecture, administration, and optimization of our client's Atlassian tools. This role is perfect for a professional with extensive experience in Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence who can design scalable solutions and implement best practices while supporting various teams in a dynamic environment.

This position offers a hybrid work model and is ideal for an architect-level professional who excels in both technical and strategic roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive Jira and Atlassian solutions that encompass workflows, automation, permission schemes, service projects, and system integrations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, gather requirements, and conduct design workshops with IT, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Implement scalable configurations supporting enterprise processes, Agile frameworks, incident / problem / change management, and release workflows.
• Enhance system performance, perform platform audits, and establish enterprise governance and best practices.
• Create integrations between Jira and other platforms using REST APIs, middleware, and automation tools.
• Provide technical leadership, documentation, and mentorship to Jira administrators and Agile teams.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure data protection, access controls, and audit readiness.
