Job Description :
Our candidate of choice will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. You will develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity while driving continuous improvement and optimization of all processes.
This will be a second shift position
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
- Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
- Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
- Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime
- Commit to plant safety procedures
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
- Become an agent for culture change
- Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts

KEY QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :
Bilingual Spanish is a very strong plusHi speed packaging equipment experience preferably with high-speed filling types of equipment relative to frozen foods.Excellent all-around plant facilities knowledge including HVAC, refrigeration sanitation and all of FDA and USDA GMP rules and regulations.Prior experience working in a food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or related hi speed type of manufacturing companyMinimum of at least 5+ years’ experience in Plant Management in a manufacturing facility as above described is highly preferredAbility to work at a high pace and hit the ground running when necessaryThe ability to communicate in Spanish is a strong plusKnowledge of Indian Food and Culture are very strong plusesThis will be a second shift position
