Construction Estimator

Responsibilities :

• Review drawings, specifications, proposals, and related documents to develop time, cost, material, and labor estimates.
• Calculate costs for materials, leased or purchased equipment, subcontracted work, production needs, and labor.
• Prepare project budget estimates and assist with scheduling.
• Perform value management to identify cost-efficient alternatives.
• Create procurement plans and strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Request and evaluate proposals from trade partners.
• Prepare and issue subcontract agreements.
• Compile and finalize the complete contract estimate.
