The Facilities Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facility. Specific duties include cleaning all areas of the property, using chemicals and equipment properly, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for both guests and employees.

Key responsibilities include :

• Providing proactive customer service to casino and office guests.
• Maintaining the safety of customers and guests.
• Ensuring all public areas are vacuumed, dusted, cleaned, and mopped as needed.
• Picking up paper, trash, litter, debris, and cleaning ashtrays around all gaming areas and machines.
• Maintaining clean and sanitary restrooms.
• Cleaning windows, blinds, gaming machines, light fixtures, and pit areas.
• Cleaning and maintaining employee break rooms.
• Reporting all unsafe and hazardous conditions to your supervisor.
• Vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, and emptying trash in all offices, break rooms, and training rooms.
• Cleaning all elevators, stairways, and foyers.
• Maintaining proper department uniform, appearance, and grooming standards.
• Meeting attendance guidelines of the job and adhering to regulatory, department, and company policies.
• Performing all job functions safely and in a responsible manner.
• Adhering to Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and company policies.
• Maintaining work areas to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Working flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.
