Volkswagen of New Port Richey, part of the Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships, has an opening for a Receptionist / Store Administrator. Referred to as, "the most important job in the dealership," a receptionist is most often the first person to greet guests. The front desk receptionist plays a key role in maintaining the dealership's reputation and image. We are seeking a friendly, professional and courteous individual to welcome our guests and ensure they are well-cared for while at VW of NPR. In addition, this position will provide administrative support to the dealership.

Schedule :

  • Mon. through Fri. - 8 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m. (1 day off during the week; 2 days off during the week when work Sunday.)
  • Saturday 8 : 00 to 4 : 00 p.m.
  • Every other Sunday, 11 : 00 a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m.

Responsibilities :

  • Welcome clients when they arrive.
  • Determine the nature of the client's visit & escort the client to the appropriate department / staff member.
  • Provide information to personnel regarding client needs and expectations ensuring the team is prepared to provide the highest level of service.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries; take thorough messages and communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the department managers.
  • Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas.
  • Special projects as assigned.

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous receptionist experience is a plus.
