Job Title : Loan Servicing Specialist Sr.

Position Location : Raleigh, NC. Hybrid role. Must live local to the Raleigh area.

Job Summary :

The Loan Servicing Specialist builds relationships with our internal and external customers as they respond to inquiries, provide information, handle loan servicing requests for existing loans, and resolve issues.

As a key contributor to the Coastal team, your responsibilities will be :

(25%) Handling loan review and maintenance :

• Handling account review, maintenance, and loan transactions, revisions, or check requests
• Changing due dates and handling substitution of collateral
• Providing loan payoff projections and processing payoff requests
• SCRA Processing
• Loan projection

(25%) Handling auto loans :

(25%) Managing credit issues and loan close-out processes :

(15%) Assisting with sales and quality control :

(10%) Stock administration and loan amenities :
