Job descriptionManage float pool RN scheduling and staffing resources Strategically deploy float nurses to different units to fill staffing gaps and cover fluctuating census Implement nurse retention strategies to maintain an engaged and stable float pool team Serve as a liaison between the float pool staff and unit managers / directors Must have an Active / Unencumbered nursing license Must have 2 years of med / surg experience, and 1 year of critical care experience is a bonus Must have or be able to obtain BLS and ACLS upon hire Great, family-friendly, and close-knit community where neighbors know neighbors Conveniently located near Tulsa and Oklahoma cities, so you can enjoy large city amenities Low cost of living and numerous entertainment and recreational options, like a community theater, Keystone Lake, and more

A great healthcare facility located near Cushing, Oklahoma, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its team as a Float Pool Nurse Manager . Join a great team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing high-quality care.
Pay : $31.00 / hour - $46.00 / hour
Float Pool Nurse Manager opportunity :
- Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
- Schedule : Day Shift, 3x12s, 7 AM - 7 PM
- Every other weekend and holidays on rotation
