Medical Administrative Specialist

This role provides administrative support to the Member Services Department, specifically assisting with CareConnect Medi-Cal correspondence. Key responsibilities include :

• Mail handling
• : Sorting, distributing, tracking incoming / outgoing member mail; coordinating mail merges and letter mailings.
• Administrative tasks
• : Printing, scanning, invoicing, scheduling meetings, and calendar coordination.
• Operational support
• : Assisting with daily department functions to ensure smooth operation.
• Reporting
• : Organizing and preparing reports to assess efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaboration
• : Supporting tasks assigned by the Cultural & Linguistic Services Manager, Associate Director, and Director of Member Services.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00 / hr.
