Key Responsibilities
Proactively monitor and manage files using proprietary web-based applications
Identify potential problems and trends, propose solutions, and ensure no delay in care
Provide telephonic and written customer support services
Required Qualifications
High School diploma
Prior work experience in a detail-oriented customer service environment
Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook and Excel
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Effective multi-tasking skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
