Rang Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in lewiston, Maine.\nJob Description & Requirements\n

  • Employment Type : Travel\n\nRegistered Nurse – Emergency Department (Days)\n\nLocation : Lewiston, ME\nStart Date : October 27, 2025\nDuration : 13 Weeks\nShift : 12-Hour Day Shifts (7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM)\nHours : 36 hours per week\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n
  • Assess and monitor patients upon admission and throughout their stay.\n
  • Administer IV medications, therapies, and blood products as ordered.\n
  • Deliver direct and indirect nursing care in accordance with established standards.\n
  • Provide patient and family education related to treatment plans and discharge instructions.\n
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care.\n
  • Accurately document all nursing care, patient observations, and interventions in the EMR system.\n\nRequirements : \n
  • Licensure : Active and unrestricted RN license in the State of Maine (or Compact license).\n
  • Certifications : \n
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required\n
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – Required\n
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – Required\n
  • Experience : \n
  • Minimum 3 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in emergency or critical care settings.\n
  • Previous experience in acute care facilities of similar size preferred.\n
  • EMR Experience : EPIC (preferred).\n
  • Must not be a former employee of the facility.\n
