With constant client interaction as the first face they see when they enter and the last before they leave, you will work with the property’s departments to help direct the flow and energy of the shift.

As a Host at Ainslie on Bowery, you are at the forefront of guest service, responsible for ensuring seamless beginning, middle, and end to our guests' experience.

The ideal candidate maintains team mentality and is proactive in assisting their coworkers. They have strong interpersonal skills giving the ability to work with diverse teams and clients. This position requires flexibility- able to be adaptable to changing priorities and filter requests in real time. It is required that your personal daily mission goal aligns with ours as a group- to work with the team through clear and constant communication and achieve full guest satisfaction through outstanding service and team innovation. You must be highly organized and humble-natured. The ability to communicate respectfully within any scenario is at the forefront of any position within our company.
