We are currently seeking a Night / PM Laundry Attendant for our newly renovated property!

The required hours are 3 : 00pm-11 : 00pm.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Load articles into washer and make sure correct code is entered into machines.
• Wash clothes according to StepStone and Marriott hotel standards.
• Iron linens such as pillowcases, flat sheets, banquet linen etc; ensure proper temperature is used correctly when utilizing the iron machine.
• Sort dried articles based on item type and check for stains and damages.
• Fold and place all linen items in appropriate storage racks.
• Soak contaminated articles in neutralizer solution in vat to precondition for washing.
• Use bio-red bags for contaminated articles when they are found
• Soak articles according to procedure in bleach.
• Pretreat stains with special solutions using safety precautions and proper procedures.
• Check and clean all filters on washers and driers every two hours.
• Deliver the cleaned linens to the appropriate closets or Department heads, as needed
• Assist with monthly linen inventory.
