Job Title : Entry Level Production Helper

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Paint Line Helper to assist with the loading and preparation of parts onto the paint line. This role involves prepping surfaces for paint, supporting the team with material handling, and performing basic touch-ups as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts onto the paint line conveyor system.
• Prepare parts for painting, including cleaning, masking, and sanding.
• Assist in material handling and staging tasks.
• Perform basic touch-ups and rework when necessary.

This position operates on the first shift, working closely with the paint line where conditions may be hot and require lifting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mackinaw, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50 / hr.
