LocumJobsOnline is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Orthopedic Surgery MD in Brattleboro, Vermont, 05301!

About The Position

Step into an exceptional  Orthopedic Surgery  opportunity in  Brattleboro, Vermont , where clinical excellence meets small-town charm. A full-time  Orthopedic Surgeon  is needed to join a high-performing  Orthopedics & Sports Medicine team  in a hospital-based practice nestled in the scenic heart of New England.

This role is perfect for a  generalist with subspecialty interest in hand or foot & ankle surgery , ready to enjoy cutting-edge technology and a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

What You’ll Do :

  • ️ Provide comprehensive orthopedic care with an emphasis in  hand or foot & ankle surgery
  • ️ Treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions (multi-trauma cases referred out)
  • ️ Perform surgeries in brand-new  orthopedic-dedicated OR suites  equipped with  MAKO robotic technology
  • ️ Enjoy a steady outpatient caseload of  25+ patients / day
  • ️ Participate in a  1 : 4 general ortho call rotation  (weekday first-call by PA, MD backup)
  • ️ Work alongside 3 experienced surgeons and 4 dedicated PAs
  • ️ Access  dedicated OR block time  and Cerner EMR

    What You’ll Need :

    ✅  Board Certified or Eligible  in Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS)

    ✅  Active Vermont license  or in process

    ✅  DEA, BLS, and CPR certification  (prior to start – no exceptions)

    ✅ Clean malpractice history – required

    ✅  Subspecialty certification  in Hand or Foot & Ankle –  highly preferred

    ✅ Must provide date of residency / fellowship completion if Board Eligible
