We're hiring a Financial Analytics Specialist (FAS) - a strategic thinker who uses data, models, and insights to optimize financial performance and guide business decisions. Unlike horizontal roles, this is a vertical role, embedded within departments or business units to analyze trends, forecast outcomes, and support smarter decision-making.
You'll play a key role in shaping financial strategy by translating data into clear recommendations that drive investments, budgeting, and resource allocation. Whether supporting Operational FP&A (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) or Investment FP&A (M&A, ROI, capital projects), you'll ensure the business operates with clarity, agility, and strategic foresight.

As a Financial Analytics Specialist, your success will be defined by your ability to deliver forward-looking insights, accurate financial forecasts, and meaningful analysis that guides leadership decisions. Role Specifications
This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client's time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us. You'll also have the opportunity to discuss the complementary parts of our business during your interview process and encourage questions about where we are and where we are going.
