Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in delivering individualized nursing care to residents by employing the nursing process, which includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You'll collaborate closely with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding care. Your expertise will guide you as you provide care during every phase of preventative health, maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.

Key responsibilities include :

• Assessing resident needs and developing coordinated care plans.
• Educating residents and their families on health maintenance and disease management.
• Providing nursing interventions and support.
• Possibly serving in a charge nurse role, delegating tasks appropriately while ensuring safe care delivery.

You will practice within the standards and ethical guidelines set by the Nurse Practice Act and relevant professional organizations, guaranteeing the highest quality of care.
