Overview

Join to apply for the Studio Manager - The Vital Stretch role at The Vital Stretch . Location : Highland Village, TX (North DFW Metroplex). Compensation : $50k–$60k base salary + commissions.

Responsibilities

  • Run the Studio : Oversee scheduling, guest experience, cleanliness, and merchandise sales. Step in to perform stretches (training provided) if needed
  • Grow Sales & Memberships : Drive lead conversion, track performance, and meet monthly revenue targets
  • Lead the Team : Recruit, train, and coach stretch practitioners; run team meetings; foster a positive culture
  • Engage the Community : Manage social media and local marketing, host events, and build partnerships with nearby businesses

What You’ll Do

  • As Studio Manager, oversee daily operations, grow membership sales, lead a high-performance team of stretch practitioners, and drive community engagement. We want someone with a start-up mentality who’s excited to grow with us.

    • What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in the health and wellness industry in a leadership role (Studio Manager, Team Lead, or similar)
  • A passion for fitness and wellness, experience with membership sales and retention, and excellence in franchise operations (preferred)
  • Strong background in sales, marketing, and content creation / management of social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Organized, self-starter, great communicator, and obsessed with guest satisfaction
  • Willingness to travel between Highland Village and nearby suburb (~10-12 miles away) 2–3 times / week once our second studio opens
