Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor and tenant requests, maintaining strong relationships and resolving complaints effectively.
• Submit invoices for reimbursement and handle billing sheets with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Operate and maintain office equipment, including scanning, copying documents, and replacing toner as needed.
• Assist with property management tasks and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the office runs efficiently and tasks are completed in a timely manner.
