Family Law Senior Associate Attorney

• Family Law Attorney
• Duties :
• Represent clients in all area of family law, including : divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and property division.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and discovery demands.
• Conduct depositions.
• Organize and maintain case files and documents.
• Communicate with potential new clients, clients, opposing counsel, and court staff.
• Schedule appointments and manage your calendar.
• Represent clients at court hearings and argue cases
• Represent clients at mediations.
• Negotiate and settle cases.
• Qualifications / Expectations
• J.D.
• Member of the Minnesota State Bar
• Minimum five years prior Family Law attorney experience.
• Ability to consistently bill 6 hours per day.
• Strong knowledge of family law procedures and regulations.

Proficiency in legal research and document preparation.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay : $125,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
