Role Description

This is a part-time or full-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Therapist for our Okemos, MI location, with some work from home. The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for providing individual, couples, and / or family therapy, and complete appropriate documentation (treatment plans, case notes, etc) within normal ethical and legal expectations of the profession. Daily tasks include facilitating therapy sessions, collaborating with other mental health professionals, and maintaining client records.

Qualifications

• Experience in treatment planning and developing tailored plans for clients
• Proficiency in mental health practices
• Preferred expertise in couples and / or family therapy to support those seeking improvement in connection and communication within family units
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Licensure as a mental health professional in the state of Michigan (LLMFT, LMFT, LMSW, LLPC, or LPC)
• Master's degree or higher in marriage and family therapy, social work, or counseling
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
