We are seeking a skilled Test Engineering Manager to lead our production testing team in the Andover factory.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize tasks to meet customer requirements
• Coordinate resources and manage team staffing levels
• Interface with strategic make center personnel and leaders
• Develop sustaining solutions to technical problems
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action
• Participate or lead functional or factory improvement projects

This role requires direct support of manufacturing test activities and spending a significant amount of time on the factory floor in a dynamic environment.
