Job Title : Technical Project Manager

Location : Dallas, TX( Need Citizens)

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects with a strong focus on on-time delivery, quality outcomes, and client satisfaction.
• Establish and enforce robust project governance, including documentation standards, delivery milestones, and reporting cadence.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and proactive issue resolution.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, and escalation paths, with a focus on minimizing delivery impact.
• Champion the adoption of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies based on project needs and client preferences.
• Monitor and report on delivery KPIs, including velocity, quality metrics, and client feedback.
• Oversee resource planning, ensuring optimal allocation and balancing across initiatives to meet delivery goals.
• Support continuous improvement by integrating lessons learned and best practices into future engagements.
