Salary Range : $124,00 to $145,00 / year

Info :   Meritus Health is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our well established and growing, Allergy & Asthma practice. You will be joining a collaborative team, that is supported by an exceptional nursing staff and administrative team to ensure smooth scheduling and patient care.

Working independently and in collaboration with Physicians, the Nurse Practitioner (NP) is responsible to deliver care and integrate patient services with the goal of achieving specific clinical, financial and satisfaction outcomes for specific patient populations and disease processes. Coordinates with patient's healthcare team. Delivers healthcare in a therapeutic and professional manner demonstrating sensitivity towards unique patient / significant other needs. Preserves and protects the patient's autonomy, dignity, rights, values, and beliefs. Demonstrates the ability to advocate for the patients.
