Senior Data and Systems Analyst

Mobile Management is looking for a Senior Data & Systems Analyst to support both the Acquisition and Operations departments.

This position focuses on designing and implementing systems that streamline business processes and reporting, while applying advanced data analytics to evaluate opportunities and support operational decision-making. The position also integrates financial analysis to forecast performance and guide strategic choices

• Essential Job Duties
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of systems that support both acquisition and operational analysis.
• Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, forecast performance, and evaluate investment and operational opportunities.
• Integrate financial models with data-driven insights to guide buy / sell recommendations and business strategies.
• Analyze public records and comparable businesses to assess market conditions and long-term potential.
• Collaborate with teams across acquisitions and operations to deliver timely, actionable insights.
• Apply risk management frameworks to monitor portfolio performance and anticipate market shifts.
• Continuously improve data processes, reporting tools, and system workflows for greater efficiency.
• Requirements
• 6–8 years of experience in data analysis, systems implementation, or related roles.
• Proven ability to design, deploy, and manage data systems that enhance business decision-making.
• Strong expertise in data analysis techniques, statistical modeling, and financial forecasting.
• Demonstrated success insystems implementation for business intelligence, reporting, or enterprise solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, or other statistical software.
• Ability to structure, analyze, and present data clearly for executive decision-making.
• Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines.
• Excellent observational skills and ability to recognize market trends.
