Work Schedule : Full-time, Exempt

Pay Range : $110,000-$138,000

About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Manager, Education + Events to accelerate sales by owning & executing a best-in-class strategy for global education and consumer-facing events. You'll design and implement specialized brand and product training content to support our Sales team + retailer Beauty Advisors. Your educational content will include videos, digital learning tools, in-store print materials, live-training guides, and events (both in-store and out of store). You'll partner closely with internal teams like Field Sales, Brand Marketing, and Creative. You'll also work with external partners like our retail partners, translation services, and other vendors. You'll report to the VP of Sales.
