We are currently seeking an experienced College Essay Advisor with a background in college counseling or admissions to help our high school students tell their stories in powerful, authentic, and compelling ways. You will be part of a supportive team that puts student development first, not just scores.

About this role

Guide students through the brainstorming, outlining, writing, and revision process for their college essays

Provide individualized feedback that reflects each students personality, voice, and goals

Help students understand what colleges are really looking for and how to stand out

Track progress and communicate updates in a timely, student-centered way

What We are Looking For

Bachelors degree required

Experience in college admissions or counseling

Strong writing / editing skills and a love for storytelling

Ability to adapt to each students unique strengths and challenges

Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple students
