A company is looking for an Intake Counselor to conduct screenings and facilitate admissions for clients in need of behavioral healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct screenings and Level of Care Assessments

Facilitate appropriate admissions based on assessments and ASAM criteria

Complete assessment and admission paperwork and manage pre-certification with funding sources

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Master's Degree in a Human Services or Related Field

Resident in Counseling, Supervisee in Social Work, LPC, or LCSW required
