Your impact

• Design and execute a robust preventive maintenance plan to maximize uptime and equipment efficiency.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance to protect production flow; supervise a crew of skilled and semi-skilled technicians.
• Uphold a safe, healthy workplace—partner with the Director to enforce company policies, food safety, quality standards, and OSHA guidelines.
• Support regulatory readiness across industry, local, state, and federal requirements.
• Own spare parts management : POs, vendor negotiations, and the end-to-end procurement cycle.
• Collaborate with the Director to develop a proactive maintenance strategy rooted in reliability and continuous improvement.
• Assist in personnel management : performance reviews, scheduling, hiring participation, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Oversee complex repairs; source and direct subcontractors for specialized work; manage maintenance contracts.
• Continuously improve tools, methods, and workflows to lift productivity and control costs.
• Produce clear maintenance reporting to track activities, issues, and resolutions.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety rules, OSHA standards, and company policies.
• Promote compliance with GMP, Food Safety, and Plant Safety; encourage immediate reporting of any Food Safety or Quality concerns.
• Other duties as assigned by your Manager.
